  Jenie's skill as a naturopath and healer has been proved to me many times.
  I'm not long out of an hour long massage for stress relief and general well being. I am walking in an even manner again and feel great! Sometime ago she helped me through a period of chronic disease. She researched up to date studies to make sure she was giving me complementary medication that worked. I was released from a merry go round of medication that was wearing me out. She is warm and empathetic, but very astute. Even though she has years of experience behind her she remains naturally curious and obviously enjoys her role as healer. I highly recommend her.

  Jen Stroh brings her experience, deep knowledge and enthusiasm for natural health to her sessions.
  
  I saw her about pregnancy nutrition and wellbeing, and she gave me a comprehensive assessment based on my blood results and the issues I brought up. She offered specific direction on supplements and diet, and since then my energy levels have been so much more stable.
  
  Jen's combination of practical diagnosis and wise woman magick make her an ideal naturopath!

  I have been seeing Jen Stroh at Integrity Health for over 15 years. I can't recommend her more highly to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable and caring person. I have an extremely hectic work life and it's her care of me that keeps me going and on top of my game.

  Jenie has been my naturopath for 21 years and has helped me through many physical and emotional health issues. Jenie’s holistic approach to health care means I’m supported in all aspects of illness she is treating me for.
  I battled with gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) for many years and Jenie’s herbal remedies, counselling and guidance helped me to come out the other side. I came out stronger than I had been before the gastritis with Jenie’s help.
  Jenie is always available by email or phone should any issues or questions arise in between appointments. Her generosity of spirit and kindness shines through every session.
  I have regular remedial massage and naturopathic consultations with Jenie.
  I have also had counselling sessions to help navigate the emotional side of some of my physical health issues and most recently in helping to navigate the challenges of living in a world with Covid-19.
  Jenie keeps up to date with developments in treatments and her field. Jenie’s knowledge of interactions with various herbs and foods with western medicine is invaluable.
  I can’t recommend or sing Jenie’s praises highly enough.

  I saw Jen as I had been very sick for 6 months after having Ecoli bacteria in our drinking water. The doctor put me on several doses of antibiotics, which did't help at all. I didn't know what to do next. Then I found Jen and after only 1 week I cant believe how well I am feeling. Jen is a great listener and very easy to talk to. Seeing Jen is the best thing I did. Thank you so much Jen you have done an amazing job of helping me get my life back
