We are new to the area and need long term good dentist. Main criteria is hygiene. We don't have huge dental works just fillings and clean polish.. So I didn't think it will be a big difference when we were booked in with Jenny. She was lovely. The wait was a bit long with two young kids. My partner had his clean first but didn't say anything before I went in for mine I also had a 2 fillings. later my partner said this was roughest clean he ever got and I agreed but didn't want to be unappreciative. At the end of the day someone is in your mouth doing you an expensive favour.
6 months later my filling falls out.. and the filling is really yellow( unlike my tooth) and crumbly..
I call to check what to do and if possible to get another dentist and Clara ( who apparently and thankfully usually doesn't answer the phone - its not her job she said) was very un-pleasent. Its not an every day thing people have to do is to call in with newish fallen out filling that you charge $300. So sorry if you are not getting the nice side of me but as a business who takes money for services you should put a bit more effort in POLITELY dealing with any enquiries. Frustrating breathing to the phone and "this is not my job" is not a paid skill.
So I am back in tomorrow. You get another chance to impress.
No.. Actually I will go to another provider that at first impact shows appreciation of my custom.
